Billing & registration manager
KATE MASTRANGELO
Kate is our Billing Coordinator who ensures bills are up-to-date and issued in a timely manner. With a focus on supporting the Russell Coaching team, she enjoys assisting with our students and their families whenever needed. She is also an Academic Coach and loves the collaborative relationship built with each of her students.
For over 10 years, Kate has been a school counselor at the middle and high school levels. Her passion is helping students find their confidence and bringing families to a place of more connectedness. Her favorite spot to unwind is in front of a campfire - even in the summer.

MARGARET FAUCELLA
Margaret is our Marketing & Outreach Director and is the creator of all Russell Coaching social media. Helping to drive business forward through multiple outlets, Margaret helps families find our services and extends our outreach to both a local and national level.
With a background in education, Margaret is also an Academic Coach and values the relationships she is able to build with her students. Her enthusiasm about coaching stems from the belief that all students have the ability to be successful given the right tools.

HEIDI condrey
Heidi is Russell Coaching for Students’ Director of Training. She coordinates Coach Onboarding, Coach Education, Personal Development, and Community Engagement amongst our team. Heidi ensures that our coaches are aware and educated on the latest in terms of neurodiversity, evidence based practices, and overall support.
In addition to being an Academic Coach, Heidi co-authored the book Asking the Right Questions Before, During, and After Your Child’s ADHD Diagnosis with Dr. Norrine Russell.
