Russell Coaching LLC specializes in Academic and ADHD Coaching for complex students. At Russell Coaching, LLC we provide a nurturing environment where students and parents find guidance and support to help them thrive. We are hiring experienced, dedicated education professionals with excellent communication, social, and emotional skills to become trained Academic Coaches, working virtually with middle school, high school, and college students. Requirements:
• 8-10 years of work directly with students in an educational or counseling setting
• Experience with students with ADHD, autism, learning differences, anxiety, giftedness
• Master’s Degree or equivalent continued education in a related field such as education, counseling, or psychology
• Personal qualities of empathy, patience, kindness, persistence, and enthusiasm
• Deep desire to help students become more successful at school and in life
• Poise, professionalism and flexibility
• Proficiency with Zoom or Google Meets; all sessions are remote. Applicants must be available for a variety of student meeting times, including either evenings or weekends.
Total commitment is for 8-12 students weekly for one-hour sessions. Pay is competitive; this position is a contract position. The only applicants who will be considered are those who include a customized cover letter with their resume and demonstrate familiarity with our website and practice. Applicants who submit generic cover letters will not be considered.
